Order preparation and production

Some J Marie pieces are artisan-produced, so production time varies by item. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping

After production or order preparation is complete, your order will ship within 7–15 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Please note: the 7–15-business-day shipping window begins after production or order preparation is complete.
